OUr Return Process

We strive to provide you the best shopping experience possible. Our team understand that issues can arise and we are here to help you solve those problems. Below we have outlined steps to help you easily process a return with our team.

 

Step 1

Submit a Return Request: All returns must be submitted within 30 days from receipt of goods.  All of our returns are now completed electronically, to help ensure a quick and easy process.

Step 2

Securely Pack Your Shipment: Once you have received your RMA, pack the items securely in the original box. Please be sure any old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed from the box you use.

SHIPPING COMPANY

Please be sure to send your return using an insured and trackable shipping company. While we recommend and encourage you to use UPS or USPS, you can use any shipping company that’s most convenient for you.
If you would like to purchase a return label from our company using the card on your order for the amount of your shipping cost on that order, please contact parts@powersportpartswarehouse.com

CORE CHARGE

Core charge may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, cylinders and other various parts.

RETURNS Policy

Powersports Parts Warehouse will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused!! Requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of goods. Refused orders and/or returns shall be subject to a 25% restocking/handling charge. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid as we will not accept any returns sent COD. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.

The item must be uninstalled, unused, in resalable condition, in the original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals. Make sure to follow all the directions in the Return Process outlined above. OEM and aftermarket parts may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Any electrical and fiberglass parts are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering!! You can always call our team at 618-464-3896 to verify the correct parts for your unit.

 

Defective Products & Product Warranties

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately.  As a seller of power equipment, we purchase from several hundred manufacturers. Most of these manufacturers have a warranty for their product line, a copy of which is available upon request. We do not offer or honor warranties, expressed or implied, other than what is offered by the manufacturers. We do not assume responsibility or liability for the workmanship or use of products. However, as a courtesy to our customers, we will accept for return any products sold by our company that may appear defective. Acceptance of any such products by Powersport Parts Warehouse does not constitute an admission of liability nor validity to a claim but is done solely to assist customers and manufacturers. Products that are accepted under the above conditions are either returned to the manufacturer or held for their agent to inspect for warranty consideration.

Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable!!

 

Closeouts

Closeout, discontinued, vintage, and special order items are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or returned.
